I once heard this saying that “you can learn something new from everyone you meet”. It might not always be clear what… but so far this mindset has served me well in making new connections and finding deeper meaning in my interactions with others. While the people I will mention in this blog I may never meet, I think they hold great insights and wisdom that anyone anywhere can learn from.
Oprah Winfrey! I regret saying this, but, until a few days ago, I thought Oprah was overrated. I know, shameful. I never took the time to learn about her and just assumed there was too much hype around her name..so wrong. If you don’t know much about Oprah, please, take these appropriate steps to get to know more.
